I am an experienced cognitive behavioural therapist, who has trained to a high level with many of the world leading experts in cognitive behavioural therapy at the Institute of Psychiatry (King’s College London). I am fully accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I have worked extensively across the NHS since 2006, as an occupational therapist in secondary mental health teams, and then as a cognitive behavioural therapist in GP surgeries. Currently, I work with a mixture of private and NHS clients, and with students at the University of Bath’s counselling service.
I am offering free 20-minute sessions to support anyone in need during this period of crisis. I am currently able to book appointments on Friday evenings between 4.30-7pm.
If that day and time suits you and you would like to arrange a session, please contact me by email with 2 choices of preferred date and time, and I will try my best to accommodate you. You can request a session up until 10am on your preferred date.
Sending my best wishes to you and your loved ones at this difficult time.
